Improving my posture has really helped me. I have a joints issue called A.S., so have to really watch my diet and always work on the posture.

Posture makes such a difference. So many pain conditions are caused by or exacerbated poor posture. Strengthening and stretching to be able to resist gravity is so important as we age.

Bands are much gentler on the joints, for sure. Yoga has been my go-to for the last almost 30 years. I used to do weight training in my 20s, but hated it. LOL! I switched to yoga and never looked back.
