I also left instagram Janine. I decided it was no longer working for me. The beauty of Substack is as you say being able to connect directly with people. Like I think I’ve written I love yoga. I’m not very good at it but I love how I feel when I get off the mat. I can get up feeling crappy go do some yoga and always feel better.

Thanks for sharing, Pete! Yoga has been such an important part of my life and can absolutely change how you feel, both mentally and physically, in a short period of time. There's no "good at" yoga, you practice, and that's enough. 😊
