Excellent article and guidance. I use these poses and others to balance my weight training. Over 50 isn’t a barrier to physical fitness activity. Those of us who maintain a disciplined workout regimen are rewriting quality of life standards.
Agreed. Aging shouldn't be a barrier to keeping the body strong and mobile. The body might feel different at 50 than it did at 20, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't take care of it.
