I’ve been having more and more muscle strains lately and the thought finally hit me, “Maybe I should make yoga a practice…”
It can definitely make a difference! Don't start with this pose though...

With running i do so simple pos, like streaching.
Yes, it's important to stretch when you run. Some of the warm up poses might be helpful to you.
