Great article! I used to have chronic pain due to nervous system dysregulation. Yoga has helped me regulate my nervous system and since I started practicing a few years ago, the chronic pain and migraines that came with it are completely gone 🙏

Yoga is an anti-aging tool. It can roll back time.

In my 20's, I was so stiff and inflexible that I once pulled a back muscle lifting a coffee thermos off the floor. I didn't even discover yoga until in my mid 40's and it was a gamechanger.

Now, at 56, I feel flexible and capable, thanks to daily yoga.

Agreed! The better you can move, the younger you feel. Joseph Pilates had a saying about you are only as young as your spine feels, or something to that effect. I believe it. Stiffness feels older, mobility feels younger.

Wow, I really needed to read your words this morning. Thank you 🙏

As I approach 50 next month and realize I started doing yoga when my kids were toddlers and now they’re young adults it’s humbling to see where this journey has taken me. What a gift yoga has given me. Glad to have found you.

Yes! We often start yoga for the outer journey, but it's the inner journey that is so much more fulfilling and nurturing.
