I love that losing myself in someone's writing in substack doesn't feel anything like "doom scrolling". I've just gone back to the beginning of this and read all the parts up to here. Yoga and some spirituality have been part of most of my adult life but over the years I stopped despite meditating everyday. It feels like I've read this at the right time, I want to get back into certain practices but I don't want to do yoga just as an exercise, I love learning more about this part of it. You explain it so well, definitely inspiring! Subscribed, can't wait to read more. Wonderful 🙏✨️
