Helpful tip. As someone with osteoarthrosis and meniscal issues those are still helpful. My knees track inward probably from tight hip flexor. I toe out too, duck walk. Good tip with foam roller before stretching
I'm glad you find them helpful, even with actual knee problems! Foam rolling and then stretching is the perfect order, even when exercising. Foam roll to warm up, do you run or swim or whatever, then stretch after. It's a great combo for longevity, in my opinion.
Yes, and both of those conditions will benefit from rolling and stretching. When the body "whispers" to you and you take care of it then, it's so much better. Eventually it will start screaming and that's when you are really in trouble!
