Helpful tip. As someone with osteoarthrosis and meniscal issues those are still helpful. My knees track inward probably from tight hip flexor. I toe out too, duck walk. Good tip with foam roller before stretching

I'm glad you find them helpful, even with actual knee problems! Foam rolling and then stretching is the perfect order, even when exercising. Foam roll to warm up, do you run or swim or whatever, then stretch after. It's a great combo for longevity, in my opinion.

Absolutely and I’m deaf to those whispers although I have gotten a little better lol!

Good morning Janine as someone who deals with a bad knee this post was very helpful. I recently dug out my tiger tail and was surprised by how tight my quads and calves were. I must do more of that because I tend to ignore small pain or tightness, pushing though it, only to have it turn into something more. Case in point pushing through minor discomfort put me on the shelf from running twice with plantar fasciitis twice in both feet. It took months to heal.

Yes, and both of those conditions will benefit from rolling and stretching. When the body "whispers" to you and you take care of it then, it's so much better. Eventually it will start screaming and that's when you are really in trouble!
