Most movements are nice, and I have started doing them but honestly not perfect and give them less time because I am used to running. I see myself is a good start.
There is no perfect, you do the best you can and that's enough. Yoga is a great balance for running, stretching and strengthening muscles that running ignores.
I need to add half moon back into my mornings. I find it easy to do if I look down, but I like to practice turning my head to look to the side to see if I can stay balanced. It’s a 50-50 on whether or not I fall down
Falling over is the fun part, finding your edge. I like playing with different Drishtis/Gazes because it ups the challenge. When a pose gets comfortable and easy, I like to play with variations in gaze or positioning to challenge my mind and body in different ways.

Thank you! It's how I teach. Understanding alignment is part of awareness which is part of practicing yoga. That's how I see it anyway.
