I am 68 and I recently begun a yoga practice. I began it to regain my feeling of confidence during my favorite activity, sailing. I had noticed that I no longer trusted my balance, and this built an unreasonable fear of everyday sailing activities. Now, though I am older weaker, and less steady than I once was, I understand my body and Itโ€™s abilities. I am steadier stronger and much more confident. But best of all I know what I can and cannot do and you do not have to imagine it.

Great info! I'm trying to do yoga daily - even if its just 10 minutes
