This is great, but I am feeling discouraged today. I have been practicing yoga, I am active, a healthy weight but yet the cartilage has worn out on my knees bone on bone arthistis started at 54 I am now 56. I am doing what I can. I used to think arthritis and bad knees were someone's fault. It isnt. There are things we can prevent this one I could not. A previous injury when I was younger accelerated this

this. I do pt and yoga. I am a dog walker. I don't give up. Yet after a short walk my knees are sore and swelling. Yes I will need new knees soon and I am fighting to get one because of my age. I look fit but I have the knees of an 80 year-old and that suck. My gel injections wore off and my insurance won't cover

I don't know what I would without my yoga practice. It keeps me grounded emotionally and physically the benefits to my joints and muscles makes it a necessity...Yoga relieves the soreness and stiffness of middle age.

I've made nice progress with Locust Pose...thank you for your Dancer's Pose prep sequence 🤎

This week I've added Crow back into my practice. So good!

Well, I could talk yoga for days, but the point is I appreciate your posts, so valuable 🤎
