That's not a disorder, that's hunger. Physical hunger is normal and natural. Disordered eating comes from the mind, and isn't "normal," but is common.

Mental energy requires energy. The brain uses 20% of your carbohydrates, so if you are studying, you are using up a lot of carbs and need to replenish them.
