Love this post. I tend to journal or do something creative but I do struggle with regulating especially lately because of the world order changes.

Thanks Patricia. I think a lot of people are struggling right now. Turning to food can offer calming and soothing, but feeling the feelings unloads them. I am struggling too, you are not alone. πŸ’œ

The problem is the more we eat sweetness the more we feel hungry.

There are different types of sweet. Sugar is a problem, and is addictive, but sweet potatoes or fruit are not problematic. The more sugar you eat, the more you crave, like with any addiction, but not all sweet foods are created equally.

Lovely good note, agreed. The sweetness I meant exactly that sugar makes up the most largest part of it.

Guilty with food lately. I know the pounds are coming back. It's anxious eating. Scrolling too. I am working through a few things I can't talk about, but it will be ok

Food and dessert are the main challenges for me. However, I am almost away from drinking soft drinks.

Good, soft drinks are not good for your health at all. Really toxic long term.

Thank you dear. I think the word of β€œalmost” I used gives a different meaning the one I need to say because I translated into my native language it sounds offering a different meaning. I want to say I am away from drinking soft drinks that I avoid drinking them.πŸ™
