Great point about the crunches and the neck.

We all have time to do some core work even on top of a short yoga routine. Period.

Every other day after yoga I’ve been doing crunches, then a 1.5 minute front plank, a side plank on each side for 5 leg raises, and then 100 kettlebell swings. Including the 15 minute yoga routine, the whole thing is under half an hour. Anyone who says they don’t have time, just isn’t making time since everyone sits around on their screens every day for plenty of hours.

Finally I know why my gluten are weak despite walking daily.
