Absolutely beautiful. I also will add, pain is many times asking us to embody and nurture the physical self. Rising above it can get us to that meditative and sometimes disassociated state. Love for you. Love for your writing.

Thanks Megan. As the Buddha said, pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. How we manage it is what we can control. Thank you for sharing your ideas.

I'm happy to share it. I have been studying and channeling ancient healing practices and the things we missed or lost through the hierarchical systems. I'm seeing severe pain disappear in a session and had a woman who was deaf gain her hearing back in an hour and a half after she had been back and forth to hospitals. I've been practicing now for 10 years and the lists of miracles is astounding. (like a person who couldn't move their limbs after an accident and 3 years of physical therapy, move their limbs again for the first time) and it really is the body's wisdom. I really want people to know how to heal their bodies so they can fully live without it. Being embodied to face it has been a huge step for fully curing and not just temporary relief. I want people to live pain free. truly. <3

I’m grateful for my eyes that let me see the world, drive, read books and move around safely.

I’m grateful for my legs and feet that let me walk, hike, run, and dance.

I’m grateful for my hands that I type with, hold my coffee cup with, and touch the things around me.
