It’s tempting to think how unfair it is that we got the bodies we did, isn’t it? And if we get lost in the “I’m too short/ thick/ whatever” then we can’t appreciate what we have been given.
Exactly. Plus, as we age, our bodies change and it's easy to get sucked into nostalgia for the body that we had. Being able to be with what is is much more peaceful.
